Bookings

You will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of services you are choosing at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the cost of service at your appointment. This deposit is non-refundable. Once booked, any cancellation will result in the loss of deposit unless cancellation is 24 hours prior to appointment. The deposit can be transferred to your next appointment if rescheduled with more than  24 hours notice (limit of one deposit transfer). 

Service Guarantee

At Blondies, we pride ourselves on quality work, quality products and a highly trained team. We provide thorough consultations prior to your service and we endeavour to ensure all clients leave the salon 100% satisfied. However, if you find that the end result of your hair does not resemble the discussed goal, we will redo your hair at no extra charge. This is strictly within 7 days of your visit. This does not apply to change of mind as this will be charged. It is within our rights to refuse a refund without being given a reasonable opportunity to fix your hair. We also do not offer complimentary visits for any reason on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

In the event of any complaints, we ask the you please speak to the salon owner/manager with your concerns to avoid any discomfort for staff members or other clients within the salon.
